The Grill Brasserie

At the Grill, the menu is much inspired by New Zealand ingredients - fresh produce comes first and ensures the finished product is of the highest possible quality. Dishes are beautifully presented and packed with local flavour. As the name suggests, the mastery of the grill forms an integral part of the menu.

Head Chef Trent Clarke comes from a diverse background and his career has included owning his own restaurants, working at Mills Reef Winery, Head Chef of Baypark Arena as well as working at the Mount Maunganui Ocean Sports Club. Creative and extremely humble, his mastery of cooking, passion for food and quality ingredients bring unique breadth of experience to the Pacific Coast Village. Our menus are constantly evolving with fresh and seasonal ingredients.

The Grill is predominately open for evening dining and private functions. The Grill’s a la carte offers residents and their friends a truly unique dining experience.
